Email Hosting
If you are just getting started, a domain email account is a good place to
start. Using your own domain for your email address is the first step to
looking professional. Here are the steps to you own domain email
account:
- Select a Domain Name (see Domain Registration)
- Either have RLM register it for you or register the name at Domain
Discover and email the username and password to RLM to set it up for you
- Provide RLM with the email addresses that you want setup
- RLM sets the domain name to point to the RLM Email Server
- RLM sets up the email addresses for your account and sends you the setup
information (see Support Email Issues for
setup instructions)
Web Mail
All email accounts come with access to web mail so that when you are on the
road and don't have your own computer, you can access your email on any web
browser. To test this out, go to:
http://mail.rlmartin.com
username: test
password: 123456
Web Based Mail Administration
All accounts also have access to mail administration features via the web.
If you are assigned as a domain administrator, you have access to everyone's
accounts and can add users, change aliases, create email lists, delete accounts,
etc. You can test this out at:
http://mail.rlmartin.com/mail/
username: test
password: 123456
If you are just a normal email account user, you will only be able to access
settings for your own email account. You can try this out at:

username: test2
